Does your shared drive make you anxious? Are your policies and procedures all over the place, or worse yet, only in paper form? Learn from a local health department that decided enough was enough and tackled knowledge resource management as part of their strategic plan and PHIG work.
Presenters from Pierce County Public Health share examples and templates of how their team used quality improvement principles to clean up their shared drive, as well as how they identified a web-based platform to house and distribute key documents and trainings and hold them accountable for keeping documents current.
Please note: the software demonstration within this presentation is for educational purposes only; UWPHI is not endorsing the use of any specific knowledge management platform.
