More about our Communication Skill Builder:
PHRASES (Public Health Reaching Across Sectors)
Our friends from de Beaumont Foundations join us to present a free one hour skill builder.
In a climate of increased distrust and politicization how do we build bridges and communicate the value of public health in our communities? Join us on August 24 for a discussion on using research and tools from PHRASES (Public Health Reaching Across Sectors) to communicate the value of public health for the purpose of forging multi-sector partnerships. We will describe the science behind framing and the PHRASES framing recommendations and tools, and identify strategies to communicate with non-experts about complex public health ideas and concepts.
