In this training, we explore the new University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute (UWPHI) Model of Health using County Health Rankings and Roadmaps (CHR&R) data and strategies, learn how to navigate CHR&R tools and resources, and practice applying the UWPHI model of health to understand how upstream approaches can create lasting change. The session concludes with a public health communications skill-builder on framing your strategy to fit your audience.
