Plumer Lovelace is the Operations Team Leader at County Health Rankings & Roadmaps. Plumer has spent most of his career in the nonprofit sector, serving as Executive Director for large and small, national, and international associations. Plumer completed his undergraduate studies at UW-Madison, earning a B.A. in Communication Arts. After three years working for the School of Education’s Instructional Media Development Center, Plumer began his journey into association management serving as Vice President of Learning Technology for the Credit Union National Association. After leaving the Credit Union National Association, he owned and managed an Educational Technology consulting company where he developed custom software for US Cellular. Plumer continued his passion for nonprofit work, serving as Executive Director for the International Society of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurses, Health Care Educators Association, the National Council on Measurement and Education and the Wisconsin Library Association.
