In this final session of a three-part series, the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB) will dig into another selection of the Foundational Capabilities based on polling results from the first session in February. We will cover the operational definitions of the selected Foundational Capabilities, and review case examples of how the Foundational Capabilities practically apply to governmental public health. There will be interactive components to work through how the selected Foundational Capabilities apply to you and your organization.
Participants will leave the session with increased knowledge of the purpose, scope, and operational definitions of the selected Foundational Capabilities and how they apply to governmental public health, along with some practical applications within individual and organizational roles.
Note: It is recommended that participants attend the full PHAB series to continue building upon foundational knowledge set in the previous session(s); however, participation in sessions 1 and 2 is not required to attend this event.
