Join us for the July Wisconsin Discusses where we’ll highlight the broad goals of UWPHI’s Narrative for Health Program. We’ll hear from two individuals who have completed a Narratives for Health cohort and have begun implementing the transformative narrative into their work:

  • Adrienne Ballew Elder, an independent contractor with 20+ years of public health experience consulting with nonprofit, private, and public agencies to increase collaboration and community engagement, especially with populations experiencing health disparities.
  • La’Chanda K. Stephens-Totimeh, Community Outreach Manager for Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, who brings 20 years of expertise in federal, state, and private grant-funded research and programs focused on reducing child abuse, neglect, and maltreatment.

Both of our guests will provide key insights into how they operationalize and implement Narratives for Health content into both strategy and practice.
