Does your shared drive make you anxious? Are your policies and procedures all over the place, or worse yet, only in paper form? Learn from a local health department that decided enough was enough and tackled knowledge resource management as part of their strategic plan and PHIG work.
Pierce County Public Health will share examples and templates of how their team used quality improvement principles to clean up their shared drive and how they identified a web-based platform to house and distribute key documents and trainings, and also keep them accountable for updating and keeping documents current.
The PHIG Spotlight Series offers a space for public health departments to share real-world experiences, lessons learned, and implementation insights through virtual presentations and collaborative discussions.
