Carleigh Olson, Strategic Projects Coordinator at Public Health Madison and Dane County (PHMDC), will join us to talk about a recent Performance Management process where she facilitated all Public Health programs in her department to select goals and performance measures for 2025. This session will include insights about what made the process unique and next steps for PHMDC.
