Spotlight on North Shore Health Department
In this Spotlight, the North Shore Health Department shares how PHIG funding helped them hire a Public Health Project Manager who coordinates health departments across the region to develop a strategic plan.
Kat Becker outlines the regional strategic plan developed by Southeast Wisconsin’s local health officers. Through PHIG Service and Resource Sharing (SRS) funding, this project examines opportunities to modernize public health data systems and catalyze resources for collective impact across the region. Kat will highlight lessons from the first few months on the project and share insights on the important questions public health leaders are asking.
