Everett Trechter

Everett Trechter is an Analytics Strategist with the Strategic Dissemination team at CHR&R. His background is grounded in both business process and data analysis, with detours through database development and process implementation. Prior to working at CHR&R, Everett worked as an policy research intern with the Midwestern Higher Education Compact while obtaining a Master’s of Public Policy at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota with a concentration in social policy analysis. He also spent five years as an information and data specialist with the UW-Madison Office of Admissions and Recruitment, where he both supported the office’s strategic planning and participated in campus wide data governance activities. His undergraduate degree is a Bachelor’s of Science and Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of Pittsburgh. His analytical lens prioritizes ethical data usage, effective communication, organizational network theory, and intentional inclusion of marginalized perspectives.
