Gayatri Raol is an Assistant Researcher with the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute. She is currently serving as a Program Evaluator for the Public Health Surveillance Framework Project (PHSF). PHSF will provide surveillance data and health indicators to monitor population health in Wisconsin.
Prior to her current position, Gayatri was CDC/CSTE Applied Public Health Informatics Fellow with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, where she focused on utilizing ESSENCE data to support CDC’s Enhanced State Opioid Overdose Surveillance project and performed various informatics activities related to Data Management projects. She also served as an AmeriCorps member at the Illinois Department of Public Health where she worked on various public health information systems and programs.
Gayatri earned her Master’s in Public Health along with Graduate Health Management and Policy Certificate and Health Education and Promotion Certificate from Benedictine University- Lisle, IL.
