Molly Murphy is a community scientist at County Health Rankings & Roadmaps, a collaboration of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute. Molly’s research has explored adolescent sexual and reproductive health services, reproductive rights, and systems of health services delivery. She was trained primarily as a qualitative methodologist and has since expanded her skill set to include quantitative methods that facilitate systems-level inquiry.
Molly’s educational background includes a Ph.D. in Public Health from the University of Illinois-Chicago, a National Institutes of Health postdoctoral research fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin, an MPH from the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University and a B.A. in Spanish Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
