Kim Linsenmayer is the Deputy Director of Operations for the County Health Rankings & Roadmaps program, a collaboration of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute.
Prior to joining the Population Health Institute, Kim was the COO for CTC & Associates LLC, a Wisconsin-based consulting firm that provides program management and communications services for state and national transportation research programs. For nearly 15 years, she helped public agencies strategically develop and implement their research initiatives, effectively communicate the results and impacts of their projects, and track the use and value of their research in the real world. Her professional experience includes technical and marketing communications, website development, and project management in both the public and private sectors.
Kim holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Colorado Denver, with a concentration in domestic violence. Her graduate work included research for End Domestic Abuse Wisconsin focused on teen dating violence prevention policies. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Michigan.
