Phoebe Frenette

Position title: Multimedia Designer


Phoebe Frenette is a Multimedia Designer at UW Population Health Institute.

Before joining PHI, Phoebe worked as Community Relations Coordinator for the Survey of the Health of Wisconsin, and as a website coordinator for the Department of Population Health Science at the University of Wisconsin. Recently, she managed Waukesha Project Recovery, providing support and resources to residents of Waukesha County as a FEMA funded COVID Pandemic special program. Phoebe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature and a minor in Music Performance from her hometown U – University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She’s passionate about health equity and the narratives that support that transformative work. When she’s not in the saddle at PHI, she’s enjoying Madison’s amazing music scene and occasionally stepping out on flute.
