Francis is originally from Ghana, West Africa, and holds a bachelor’s degree in management studies (Education) from the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana.
Francis is enrolled in the Master of Public Affairs student at the La Follette School of Public Affairs. Prior to graduate school, Francis worked as a project manager for Health2GO, a nonprofit organization affiliated with Ensign Global College. This organization partners with Ghana Health Services to deliver free, high-quality healthcare to children in remote communities in Ghana who lack access to basic medical care needs. Additionally, served as a project assistant at the La Follette School, contributing to enhancing students’ academic experiences through research and cross-campus activities.
