Melissa Marver

Matthew CallMelissa Marver is a graduate student in the MS/PhD program in Population Health, and is a graduate student project assistant with the County Health Rankings & Roadmaps. Melissa graduated from Tufts University in 2006 with a BS, magna cum laude in Engineering Psychology (Human Factors & Ergonomics), and worked in user research / user experience strategy prior to returning to school in 2015. She is now interested in understanding and improving patient experiences of care, especially for under-resourced and/or non-English speaking patient populations, and in using qualitative and mixed-methods data to understand these experiences.
