Hilary Joyner, MS

Surveillance Coordinator

Hilary Joyner is an Assistant Researcher and Surveillance Coordinator for the Wisconsin Partnership Program-funded Obesity Prevention Initiative. Her background is in quantitative methods, survey administration, psychology and human development. She has experience working with a variety of data, including electronic medical records and survey data. Hilary’s interests include SAS, constructing and analyzing high quality datasets, and prevention.

In 2015, Hilary received a M.S. degree in Population Health Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with a Prevention Science Certificate with a focus on Quantitative Methods. She also holds a B.S. in Psychology from the Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University. During her graduate training, Hilary worked as a Project Assistant for the Survey of the Health of Wisconsin. Before starting graduate school, Hilary worked in small business and organic farming.
