Lisa Charron

Elizabeth Pollock Lisa graduated from Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland with a BA in English and Religious Studies. After graduating, she moved to Madison to work in community and youth development before returning to school to pursue an MS in Urban and Regional Planning and a Masters of Public Health. Lisa helps identify and develop built environment surveillance indicators for the Wisconsin Obesity Prevention Initiative. She's also working on an assessment of healthy community policies in municipal comprehensive plans. Lisa would love to further explore the impact of the natural and physical environment on health, the many causes and effects of stress, and strategies for better intragovernmental collaboration.
