Manda Walters
SD SPFSIG Evaluator/Trainer

Manda Walters is an Evaluator/Trainer for South Dakota Strategic Prevention Framework State Incentive Grant (SD SPF SIG) in the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute. She received her Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Human & Community Resources from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point. Her focus was on health education and lifestyle. Manda serves with South Dakota Army National Guard and has worked as a teacher with Alternative Programs in the Rapid City Area Schools since 2007.
