Christine Niemuth Christine Niemuth joined the Evaluation Unit in mid-September. She spends half of her time at the Department of Health and Family Services (DHFS) in the Division of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, working on issues related to the substance abuse block grant and the Strategic Prevention Framework State Incentives Grant (SPF SIG) programs and the other half of her time at Research Park working on the evaluation of the SPF SIG program. Christy worked for a year at the Wisconsin Clearinghouse for Prevention Resources as a program assistant and has spent the last four years at the Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation (PIRE) where she worked on the evaluation of the Wisconsin State Incentive Grant, the Nevada State Incentive Grant, and the Nevada SPF SIG program. Christy has a B.A. degree in Psychology from UW-Madison and currently lives with her family in Waunakee.
